  • Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
  • Shipping Rates:

    • Carbon Neutral Delivery: We use delivery partners who offset their carbon emissions for every parcel sent.
  • Packaging: Whenever possible, your items will arrive in recycled, recyclable, or compostable mailers. We encourage you to reuse or compost your packaging upon arrival!
  • Note on Dropshipping: To reduce unnecessary transport, some items may ship directly from our specialized Australian suppliers. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure they get to you the fastest way possible.
